Q: I’m not in NY. Can you still help me?

Yes! I have a lot of experience working with people by phone all around the world. In English only. Sessions by phone are a wonderful, safe and effective way to work. The majority of sessions I do are by phone.
You may also do a remote session, which is a session I do on my own, without the client being on the phone.  So no counseling is done. Examples of when remote work may be the way to go: 1) when a person is in a coma 2) when the client is a child 3) when the client already did or plans to do counseling by phone 3) when the person speaks no English and there is no one else who can help them for some reason.

Q: Is a phone or remote / at-a-distance session as effective as in-person work?

Yes, these are very effective ways of working, which have been known and actively utilized by ancient shamans and healers.
People who are familiar with energy work, know well that distance healing is a very real powerful modality. Many scientific experiments were done about people effecting other people or events at a distance with their thoughts and feelings, and it has been proven many times that this is very much a reality. Look at the work of Gregg Braden, Lynne McTaggart and many other researches, who have published studies on this subject. 
The military has done experiments on killing people at a distance with thought, intention, and energy and unfortunately they were successful. But this is nothing new. Dark sorcerers and magicians of old, have done things like that for thousands of years, and still do. Psychic warfare, or attacking people with energy at a distance, is unfortunately, a very real thing, that is alive and well.
The opposite is true as well. Many forms of distance healing exist, and work magnificently, if a well trained practitioner is involved, regardless of where on the planet, the receiver of such healing is.

Q: Do you use a crystal ball and tarot cards when you do readings?​

I use a variety of methods to read energy, to divine, and to get information from Spirit. One way is direct intuition, where information comes directly from my Guides or my own Higher Self. I was born intuitive and this is one of the main ways I get information. Another way is Shamanic journeying on behalf of the client, into non ordinary reality, to get the needed information. I also have several decks of cards that I like to use, on occasion. I use stones to do Shamanic rock readings, and in other ways. I use muscle testing and the pendulum for dousing, especially in healing work. In certain cases, I burn candles for my clients and read the flame to get information. I do not use a crystal ball. I do work with clear quartz crystals, such as vogel crystals, extensively; particularly in doing clearing and cleansing work.

Q: I think I have negative entities attached to me, and I need a clearing. I’ve never done a spiritual clearing or cleansing before. What can I expect?

We accumulate a lot of toxins in our energy field. The human energy field is like an onion with many layers, and we have patterns in the field the formed over the course of many lifetimes, that serve a purpose, such as learning. The energy field layers, the chakras, the energy patters, and the organs themselves accumulate physical, energetic, emotional toxins. Some of them come from the environment and from other people, and some are our own. If we don’t detox regularly with herbal and juice detoxes, and don’t cleanse our energy regularly, with these energy healing modalities, the accumulated toxins will clog up the system, and eventually, certain parts will not work as well, leading to health decline. In the extreme case, organs or chakras can simply stop functioning. Many people don’t detox and cleanse, until they have symptoms of illness. Then they go and get medications, that seek to mask the symptoms, but do not resolve the root cause of the problem - which is toxicity and poisoning. It is important for every person to do regular detoxing of all organs and energetic cleansing to prevent illness. Why wait until illness strikes. Its much better to prevent the illness.
The cleansing and clearing modalities which I offer go very deep, and may need to be done in stages, if a person has never cleansed before, as not to shock the system. 
In session, you will be in a relaxed state of mind and body, while I do the clearing/ cleansing. You may feel things leaving, you may be given helpful messages from your Guides, you may simply feel very relaxed. People have varied experiences during the work, but always they get exactly what they need to help them in their personal evolution.

Q: When I do journeys, regressions or guided visualizations, how can I trust that what I’m seeing is really there and I’m not just seeing what I want to see?  How can I tell if what I’m seeing is real or I’m just imagining it? 

Whenever I’m asked this question, my heart chuckles. I have to answer this question with a question. How do you define what is real?
Imagination is the doorway to non ordinary reality. What you imagine is real, at that level. Our schooling teaches us that what is physical is real, and what is not physical, is not real or is less real (and therefore less important). When people ask that question, what they really want to know is, “Am I accomplishing anything of substance with this, or am I just wasting my time?” And my answer to you is that, all the things you experience in non ordinary reality are very important to pay attention to. Nothing comes into your attention by accident. It is your soul is speaking to you. Try to understand the message. Your life may depend on it.
Your soul and spirit are not ‘physical’, but that’s where the source of your life force energy is. Your body is not the source of your life. When the body dies, the soul moves on. The language of the soul is symbolism, music, artistic expression. The imagination is the canvas on which your soul communicates with you, with rich imagery. In many schools of mysticism, it is understood that the spiritual reality precedes the physical, and makes the physical. In a very real sense, your inner life of imagination and dreams is more real than the physical. By transforming yourself at the deepest levels of your mind and soul, you therefore change yourself on the physical.  NLP, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, past life regression, and even some of conventional therapy all function based on this same principle - by transforming the inner, you transform the outer. 

Q: I was brought up religiously. I’m not sure if my religion allows me to do this kind of work. I want to try it, but I’m afraid. 

I want to assure you that there is nothing to be afraid of. I only work with positive beings, and with the energies of light and love. The services are not religious, so not defined by any one single religion or denomination. These healing modalities, at their root, tap into universal, non religious, non culture specific creative forces of life, light and healing that are available to all equally. As Gandhi said, God has no religion. However, you are the only one who has to decide if this type of work is right for you at this time.

Q: What should I do to prepare for a session?

You need to be in a quiet, safe environment where you have total solitude. For most people its their home. So make sure your other phones are off, if you have them, while you are on the phone session. For others, who can’t get peace and quiet at home, their quiet space is in their car. They drive to a park or park elsewhere where its quiet and they will not be disturbed, and do their session there.
With all energy work, you will need to drink a lot of water, to aid the healing process. So have a bottle of pure filtered water (never tap water), ideally a glass bottle, not plastic, next to you. You may have a journal and pen, to make notes of your experiences. You can sit in a chair, or sit or lay on a bed.
Make sure you are in a  space that has very good phone reception. It is a very good idea to have a headset or ear peace, so that your hands can be free, and so that you don’t have to put the phone to your ear for an hour. Sometimes people use the speaker, but the sound quality is sometimes very poor, and we cannot hear each other. Be prepared to try both, the headset and the speakerphone, until we find where the sound quality is best.
The most important thing in preparing yourself for a session is an integrous intent, a true desire to heal and grow. And the second most important thing is a beginner’s mind. No matter how many healers or doctors you've seen to address your issue or ailment, come with no expectations, and totally open to receive whatever Spirit has for you. If you come with prejudgment and rigid expectations about how you want the session to go, its inevitable that you’ll be disappointed.

Q: What should I do after a session?

This depends on what kind of work was done. When people get deep healing and cleansing work done, at the end of the session, they are still in an altered state of consciousness. So if you have the time, stay in your safe space a bit longer to integrate all the energy. Drink, drink, drink pure filtered water. I strongly recommend that in the evening, after the session, you take a salt bath, or do a salt scrub, with sea salt, celtic salt, or himalayan salt (not table salt or epsom salt). Adding essential oils to the bath or scrub can strengthen the potency of that medicine. These are some suggestions: lavender, sage, lemon, ceder. Surround yourself with beauty, and with positive people, and be gentle and compassionate with yourself. If you have clear quartz crystals and know how to use them, surround yourself with them. Put them in your bed, next to you, when you sleep, the night after the session.
