Fitness has never been just about physical strength to me. I always saw fitness from a spiritual and holistic perspective - as a path to enlightenment. There are many Spiritual paths to enlightenment, but none of them are complete without physical and mental strength and resilience training.
To be truly balanced and health, a lifestyle is not complete without an exercise regimen that produces lasting results. I have been into fitness since I was a child. I love fitness of every kind: Calisthenics, HIIT, Cross Fit, running, Traditional Martial Arts, MMA. I really love it all and could not and would not live without fitness.
I realize many people don't feel that way. Simply because they are so out of shape, that shedding the old toxic patterns and getting into a healthy pattern feels like an unsurmountable obstacle.
Yet everyone knows that eating healthy and exercising is a much better and more enjoyable way to live than eating junk food, drinking, smoking and being a coach potato. There have been countless scientific studies that show that regular exercise, adds many years to your life. Enjoyable years, where you have more cognitive ability, better focus and concentration, better memory, better mobility, and better mood. It has been scientifically proven in many studies that exercise and right nutrition is significantly better for depression and anxiety, then any drug on the market and better than the placebo. This is huge.
But knowing is not enough. You have to do. And do consciously and consistently. In all training, repetition of the right things is the key to success. And this is where many people fail on their own, and why they need a coach to keep them consistent and accountable to their goals.
Some people have attempted diets or exercising on their own, and have gotten minimal or yo-yo results, so they got discouraged and went back to unhealthy patterns. And some people have had a series of life stresses and crises that got in the way, and they lost track of their original fitness and life goals. Whatever threw you off your goals, I can help you to return to center, and start fresh.
